(Click) The 2009 International Conference on Computer and Automation Engineering (ICCAE 2009) has been held successful in Bangkok, Thailand in March 2009. The ICCAE 2009 conference proceeding has been included in the IEEE Xplore and Computer Society Digital Library (CSDL), and indexed by the Ei Compendex. On the successful basis of ICCAE 2009, the 2nd International Conference on Computer and Automation Engineering (ICCAE 2010) will be held in Singapore from February 26 - 28, 2010. ICCAE 2010 is sponsored by IACSIT Advanced Control System Society (ACSS) and Electronics and Electrical Society (EES), and Sichuan University, and technical supported by the Swinburne University of Technology, Putra University Malaysia, Cagayan State University and Newcastle University. The aim objective of ICCAE 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Computer and Automation Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical
