Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a participant requests cancellation and a refund due to personal reasons, the following policy applies:

• 60+ days before the conference: 70% refund

• 30–60 days before the conference: 50% refund

• Within 30 days of the conference: No refund

Important Notes

1. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally via email.

2. No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

3. The organizing committee is not responsible for issues beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Weather or campus disruptions

• Travel complications

• Visa denials or delays

4. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the conference dates or venue due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

5. No refunds or liabilities shall apply for losses incurred due to such events.
